Is the Photobooth Wheelchair friendly?

100%, the Hitched & Clicked Photobooth can fit a larger than standard wheelchair through the front ramp. Please mention in your enquiry if this is something that aligns with you and your event.

How can I get my photos?

Every shot automatically prints for you with the option to print another one

Can I download the photos?

Of course, there is a QR code you can scan on your mobile device which will allow you to download your photo on the spot

What is a customised print design?

Your event will have your names or what the event is on the print, if you have a colour scheme in mind, we can use the same colours on the print.

Are the props included?

Yes! the Hitched & Clicked photobooth is full of glasses, hats and wigs. If you have some to fit your theme, please bring them along!

 

What area do you cover?

We cover the South of England. But will happily go further afield, please get in touch to discuss how we can make this happen.

How many people can fit in the Photobooth?

Roughly 6 people, 7-8 if you’re very friendly. The photobooth is also accessible, a large wheelchair will fit through the front ramp. Please let us know in your enquiry if this is something that is relevant to you.

Are there any age limits?

No, anyone and everyone is welcome from baby to barnyard friends!

What are your setup and pack down times?

We need to arrive 1 hour before the time of opening in order to setup and be ready for your guests. We need 30 minutes to pack down at the end of the night. We always arrange a suitable setup time which doesn’t impact on your day and may contact you with a need to setup the day before the wedding or pickup the day after the wedding. This is dependent on our drivers schedules, we will contact you if this is necessary and speak with the venue if required.

What access is needed?

As the booth is towed by a car we require access for a car and the horse trailer to be towed into position. If you’re not sure please contact us to discuss, we can speak with your venue if required.

 

How much is the photobooth?

For 3 hours of hire it is £450. We will arrive an hour before the start time to set up, the set up and pack down time doesn’t eat into your booking time, you’re safe to keep the party going all night!
Depending on location, there can be a travel fee. Of course, if you’re local to base then travel is free!

What power do you need?

The Hitched & Clicked photobooth is entirely off grid however, if your venue is happy to supply a power socket, it will rarely be turned down.

Is someone on site with the booth?

Yes, someone is always on site with the photobooth. They will have full training on all the equipment and will also help with the flow of the booth.

What equipment do you use?

We use high end DSLR cameras in our booth. This means the quality of the photos taken are of a high standard and available to download and print out at a larger size after the wedding. We use high grade event printers to allow for speedy printing.

What’s the booking process?

Once you have contacted and the date has been confirmed, we will request a booking fee of 50% and a completed booking form. Once both of these have been returned then the date is yours! Please note: Only once the booking fee has been paid, then the booking is confirmed.

What is the Cancellation policy?

All booking fees are non-refundable as this covers the cost of all the behind the scenes work that goes in to creating your booking.
