‘From the moment we met Andrew we were confident in his photography skills and his professionalism.
We met up at a local cafe and he showed us some beautiful examples of his previous work on his laptop. He then went on to explain the process that would happen before the wedding and on the day itself, and he was very knowledgeable and reassuring. We discussed with Andrew what shots would be important for us to get – in our case we wanted a photo of all of the wedding ceremony guests lined up along a grand staircase in the venue. On the big day Andrew certainly delivered! The first thing I saw as my wedding car approached the venue was Andrew with his camera darting about, getting shots from all angles! During the ceremony and reception afterwards he got involved and got some really spectacular photos, and also some subtle ones of the guests enjoying the day. ‘Organising a wedding can certainly be stressful and time consuming, so finding professionals that make everything run smoothly and effortlessly is priceless! Andrew was great from the get go. He was easy to contact, made us feel in safe hands, accommodated some of our slightly more awkward shots and was a delight to have with us during our big day! From the very beginning Andrew was such a pleasure to have photograph our day. He was friendly, down to earth and a true professional, we hardly noticed he was with us on the morning of the wedding. We wanted candid photos that weren’t too staged, Andrew was great at taking pictures just at the right moment. He was always on hand to help with everything, even driving one of my bridesmaids to the venue when the car didn’t show up! On the day your brain is over all the place, talking to everyone and time runs away with you, Andrew was great at organising timings and positioning everybody to get the best photographs without rushing us.
